I live in Kent in England and have been a Yankee fan since 1958 when I first saw The Mick play at Yankee Stadium. I travel many times in a season from London to New York to watch the Yankees. I also catch all their games on MLB.com and Espn America. From my point of view the series v Detroit ended in a shambles with the line up completely unorganised and a Yankee team looking old and tired. Can anyone in the USA give me their views on where we go from here and how do we get a younger but competitive team. We really should have traded for Joe Mauer for example 2 years ago.
